Sunshine's Designs Return Policy

We want your shopping experience to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. If you have any questions, email us at shopsunshines.sc@gmail.com

-All returns will be issued in the form of store credit. No refunds are given.
-All items must be returned/postmarked within 14 days of receipt, no credit will be given to any items past the 14 day limit

-Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, untampered with, free of smoke/odors/pet hair and in original packaging

-Exchanges are not offered, unless your item arrived damaged. You will have to process a return for your item & place a new order for the new items. 
-Shipping charges will not be included in the store credit or refunded. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges for the return, unless you return them locally.

-The following items are NOT eligible for return:

-Clearance 
-Custom/Personalized
-Bathing suits (sanitary reasons)
-Holiday Items
-Hats/Hair accessories
-Earrings

To start a return please email us at shopsunshines.sc@gmail.com with your invoice/order number and the item that you are wanting to return. Please allow 2-5 days to receive the RA email with your return authorization number and paperwork to be included in your return. Returns will not be accepted without the RA paperwork.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email letting you know that we have received your item, if your returns has been approved or rejected. If approved, your store credit will be issued to your Sunshine's Designs account. 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at shopsunshines.sc@gmail.com with your invoice/order number and a photo of the damage or wrong item within 7 days of receiving the item

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund.
The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 15% restocking fee.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sunshine's Designs is not responsible for any packages that are lost in transit with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 
If you package is lost, please take the following steps:
1. Contact the local USPS/FedEx/UPS office. They will be able to locate the carrier that was responsible for your package delivery.
2. File a claim with USPS/FedEx/UPS.

 


Preorders

A preorder is when the customer purchases an item before it is in stock. Preordering allows you to be the first to receive the item and ensures that you receive the item if there are no extras. Once the item arrives, we will package the item up and send to local pickup or ship it out to the customer. Estimated dates of arrival are given for preorders, but that is just what it is, an estimate. Unfortunately, due to the worlds conditions at this time, there is some uncertainty at times on an exact date. 
If an order is placed that contains preorder & in-stock items, the order will be held and will ship complete when the preorders arrive in one package. If you would like the in stock item shipped immediately, we recommend placing two seperate orders. If you are unable please send an email to shopsunshines.sc@gmail.com and we will try our best to get out the item.
